I recently had concerns that my roof might need replacing. Alvin came out and performed a full inspection, and advised me that it was good for another 2 to 5 years. He even repaired a couple loose shingles while he was up there. Alvin could have sold me a new roof, but he was honest and up front regarding the need for immediate repair! Alvin was here promptly as scheduled and was pleasant, accommodating, and very reasonably priced. Not only did he repair the soffit in the rain on our high colonial, but rescued a momma squirrel and her babies that had decided to make their home in our roof soffit. We had Level Up add cellulose insulation to our attic and spray foam our basement rim joists. We knew our home was fairly inefficient and leaky when we bought it a few years prior, and after getting bids from several companies, we picked Level Up. Their cost was competitive, but what I most appreciated was their organization. They use an online system to track the project that easily can send updated scope-of-work documents and estimates, so there's no confusion or surprises about the job. And our project manager was very easy to get a hold of (shout out to Brandon!). Their work met my expectations, and even though they missed one small part of the job, they made sure to keep me informed about their plan to make things right. I don't dock them any points for the miss - we're all human - and they've since come back out to address it. TLDR: Competitive pricing, very organized, and easy to get a hold of.
