Brad DePoole is a Sales Consultant with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the remodeling industry. He understands that choosing a new roof, siding, or window system is a major decision, and he helps homeowners sort through their options with clarity and confidence.
Brad takes a no-pressure approach. He starts by listening to what the homeowner needs, then helps identify products and solutions that make sense for the property, budget, and long-term goals. His focus is on helping families make informed decisions that can add performance, energy efficiency, and value to their homes.

Outside of work, Brad lives in the Waterford area with his wife and their two young children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting out on the boat during the summer, and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.

Brandon Parsons is Co-Owner and Director of Operations at Level Up Improvement. With more than 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry, he takes a hands-on role in helping projects run smoothly from the first phone call through the final walkthrough.
Brandon oversees the moving parts that make a successful exterior project possible. He helps keep timelines on track, supports the crews, and makes sure homeowners feel informed throughout the process. Whether the job involves roofing, siding, windows, insulation, or a complete exterior update, his attention to detail helps keep the work organized and the finished product up to the standard customers expect.
A well-run project is about more than showing up with materials. It requires preparation, communication, coordination, and careful attention to the home itself. Brandon helps make sure those pieces come together, so homeowners can move through the process with confidence.
He also captures many of the photos and videos from our completed projects. The project content he shares gives homeowners a real look at the work we do and the transformations that take place from start to finish. Brandon lives in Dearborn with his wife, Megan, who serves as Level Up Improvement’s Office Manager, and their two teenage children. Outside of work, he enjoys boating in the summer and cooking for family and friends.
Alvin Ashley: Honest Advice Backed by Experience
Alvin Ashley is a Sales Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry. He has built his career around helping homeowners make smart, informed decisions about their properties.
Alvin’s approach begins with listening. Every home and homeowner has different needs, so he takes the time to understand the situation before recommending a path forward. Whether someone is considering a small roofing repair, a complete roof replacement, new siding, or another exterior improvement, Alvin offers clear and practical guidance without pressure.
He believes homeowners deserve to understand their choices and feel comfortable with the work being recommended. That focus on honesty, professionalism, and education helps create a smoother experience from the initial conversation through project completion.
