Brandon Parsons
Owner & Director of Operations
As Co-Owner and Director of Operations, Brandon brings more than 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry. With this extensive background, he takes a hands-on approach to ensure every project runs efficiently while consistently delivering the five-star experience Level Up Improvement is known for.
In his role, Brandon oversees every stage of the process from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. He ensures timelines are met, crews are fully supported, and homeowners feel confident throughout the project. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help set Level Up’s roofing, siding, and window installations apart from the competition.
Beyond work, Brandon values family and community. He lives in Dearborn, Michigan with his wife Megan, who also serves as Office Manager at Level Up, and their two teenage children. When he is not managing operations, he enjoys boating in the summer and cooking for family and friends year-round.

Sam Lerchen
Owner & Director of Sales (Customer Relations)
As Co-Owner and Director of Sales, Sam brings more than 10 years of experience in the home improvement industry. He leads the sales and customer relations team while working closely with homeowners to ensure a smooth and informed experience from the initial consultation through final project completion.
In his role, Sam prioritizes honesty, communication, and long-term relationships. He helps homeowners navigate decisions involving roof replacements, siding upgrades, and energy-efficient windows with clarity and confidence. His guidance ensures customers feel educated, supported, and comfortable at every stage of the process.
Originally from Romeo, Michigan, Sam now lives just north of Detroit. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, even if he jokes about his scorecard, spending time on the west side of Michigan, and cooking at home, where he especially enjoys making soups and refining his barbecue skills.

Alvin Ashley
Sales Consultant
With more than 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry, Alvin has built a strong reputation for helping families make smart and informed decisions about their homes. Over the years, he has developed a no-pressure approach that begins with listening carefully and transitions into offering clear, practical solutions tailored to each homeowner’s specific needs and long-term goals.
In addition, whether a homeowner is considering a minor roofing repair or planning a complete roof replacement, Alvin is ready to guide them through the process with honesty and expertise. Rather than acting as just a consultant, he serves as a trusted partner who ensures every project is handled properly, efficiently, and professionally from start to finish.
Outside of work, Alvin lives Downriver and enjoys spending quality time with his children and family. As a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, he brings the same dedication, discipline, and integrity he developed during his service into every homeowner relationship, building lasting trust and confidence throughout the entire experience.

Sales Consultant
With more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the remodeling industry, Brad has developed a strong understanding of the challenges homeowners face when making important decisions about their properties. In addition, much like his colleague Alvin, Brad believes in a no-pressure approach that begins with listening carefully and leads to clear, practical solutions tailored to each homeowner’s specific needs and goals. Rather than focusing on sales, he prioritizes education, ensuring every homeowner feels confident and informed from start to finish.
Outside of work, Brad lives in the Waterford area with his wife and their two young children. When he has free time, he enjoys spending time on the boat during the summer, being with family and friends, and getting out on the golf course whenever he has the opportunity.
