Brandon Parsons – Co-Owner & Director of Operations

As Co-Owner and Director of Operations, Brandon brings more than 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry. With this extensive background, he takes a hands-on approach that ensures every project runs smoothly while consistently delivering the 5-star customer experience that Level Up Improvement is known for.

In his role, Brandon carefully oversees each stage of the process — from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Along the way, he makes sure timelines are met, crews remain supported, and homeowners feel confident at every step. Because of his dedication to detail and commitment to customer care, Level Up’s roofing, siding, and window projects stand out from the competition.

Beyond his professional expertise, Brandon values family and community. He lives in Dearborn, MI with his wife, Megan — who also serves as Office Manager at Level Up — and their two teenage kids. When he’s not managing operations, he enjoys boating during the summer months and cooking for family and friends throughout the year.

Sam Lerchen – Co-Owner & Director of Sales (Customer Relations)

With over 10 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Sam leads our sales and customer relations team. As Director of Sales, he not only works closely with homeowners but also ensures their needs are met from the very first consultation through to final project completion.

Furthermore, Sam believes in the importance of honesty, communication, and building long-term relationships. Because of this approach, he has become a trusted partner for families investing in roof replacement, siding upgrades, and energy-efficient windows. In addition, his expertise helps customers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout every stage of the process.

Originally from Romeo, MI, Sam now lives just north of Detroit. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing — even if he admits he’s not very good. Moreover, he loves visiting the west side of Michigan and spending time in the kitchen, where he especially enjoys cooking soups and perfecting his BBQ skills.

In addition, much like his colleague Alvin, Brad believes in offering solutions rather than applying sales pressure. For that reason, his goal is always to provide customers with the knowledge and confidence they need to make the best possible decisions for their homes.

Outside of work, Brad lives in the Waterford area with his wife and their two young kids. Moreover, when he has free time, he enjoys being out on the boat during the summer, spending quality time with family, and hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance.
