We recently completed a Lincoln Park roof replacement on a 12-square bungalow near Goddard Road and Dix Highway. This Lincoln Park bungalow had approximately 12 squares of roofing, which equals about 1,200 square feet of roof area.

One thing we always try to explain to homeowners is that a roof is more than the shingles you see from the street.

Lincoln Park has plenty of older bungalows and smaller single-family homes. These houses may not have enormous roofs, but they still need quality materials and proper installation.
And since we were working so close to Taqueria Los Charros, we couldn’t help but mention it.
It’s one of our favorite local places to grab lunch when we’re in the area.
