Dearborn Siding Project: Custom Awning Roofs with Standing Seam Metal

A recent video from Brandon gives a look at one of our favorite exterior transformations in Dearborn, Michigan.

This was not a typical siding project. The homeowners had already trusted Level Up Improvement with their replacement windows last year, and they called us back when it was time to update the rest of the exterior. That repeat trust means a lot to our team. It also gave us the opportunity to take on a few custom details that made a major difference in the finished look of the home.

A Repeat Customer Project in Dearborn

When we installed the windows last year, the homeowners began improving their home’s comfort, efficiency, and appearance. This year, the siding project carried that transformation across the rest of the exterior.

Custom-Built Awning Roofs Make a Big Difference

One of the most distinctive parts of this project was building out two awning roofs and installing standing seam metal roofing over them.

This is not a service we perform on every siding project. Most homes do not need custom awning construction, and every exterior has its own layout, condition, and design goals. In this case, the detail made sense for the home and the homeowners’ vision.
